After the game, players from the Arkansas Wizards got autographs from our boys, especially Claudio Lopez. It was a pretty cool sight. A group of children from Kansas School for the Deaf came out today as well and had a great time. We'll post some pictures from that later on.
arkansas wizards?
ReplyDeleteYes...they're a club team based in Springdale Arkansas that has adopted the same name as us. They've come up to a few matches as fans with some of their youth teams and then set up this friendly with their U-23 squad that came up through their youth ranks. Some of the players had some pretty good skills, but they were obviously no match for professionals who play every day.
