Obligatory Disclaimer/Biggest Day Ever

Greetings Hillcrest Road readers. Hopefully we added a few bookmarks from the largest-ever hit total. I suppose that is because Soccer by Ives and The Offside Rules gave us some love again. Or maybe it's because we scooped them all on the Tiffany May interview, and everyone wanted to see what she had to say. Either way; it was a good day for Hillcrest Road.

Now for the serious portion. That post, while entertaining and light-hearted, in no way condones streaking. In fact, if anyone -- Ms. May included on her KC visit -- streaks at one of our games, the consequences will be quite severe. I know our readers are all smart enough to know that, but we figured we should throw that out there anyway.

Last night's meet-and-greet was excellent. Thank you to all the fans who came out to play against the guys, eat some finger food, drink some libations and talk a little trash. After last night, I'm sure many of you see how a lot of our players spend their free time -- playing video games and pop-a-shot. If there were an MLS pop-a-shot Best XI, Ryan Pore would be starting up top for sure. We'll be back with pictures from the event shortly.
