 Atlas Game-Winner

For those of you who missed last Friday's 2-1 win over Atlas, check out the game-winning goal below shot by Wizards intern Alex Haueter. The clip starts immediately after Atlas was called for a handball near the half line. Sub forward Michael Kraus put the ball down while Atlas players looked around trying to figure out what had been called. He them immediately plays the ball wide for forward Nelson Pizarro running up the right flank. Kraus then cuts to the back post, and, well you can see the rest yourselves. Great play Krausie.

  1. Great goal! Good to see Michael Kraus score. He had 21 goals and 17 assists for 59 points in 3 years at Creighton(injured in his soph. year). He always seems to be in the right place at the right time. It would be nice to see an oppotunity for some playing time; he adds a special dimension to the game.
