Celebration Naming/Some Good Star Articles
Hey everyone, thanks a million for all the suggestions about what to name our newest favorite celebration. I don't think the Digital Crawl is coming back, but if you guys tell Jimmy that's what you want the next time he nets two, he just might oblige. We'll whittle those down to five choices and post another poll on the site. I think this one might get a few more hits than our coyote-naming contest, thought that was fun.
We've been getting some love in the Star the last couple days. Mike Hendricks, long-time season ticket holder and supporter, gave us and CAB some props in his article about sports' influence on our town yesterday (I should have posted it then!) found here.
Pete Grathoff also checked in today at kcstar.com with his MLS Notebook. It doesn't make the paper, so check out the good stuff here.
Don't forget about tomorrow's $3 beer and $3 toasted ravioli (yum!) at CommunityAmerica Ballpark. We take on the Revs at 7 p.m., with gates opening at 5. See you all there.

What time is the reserve game on Thursday? It is listed at 1000 in one place and at 0900 in another.
ReplyDelete9 a.m. The game was moved up because of New England travel times. Reserve matches are often adjusted in this manner due to travel. The last communication from us will reflect the most accurate time.
