Wizards Defeat Municipal 2-0 in Albuquerque

Some other notes. Jimmy Conrad's post-game speech to the crowd upon taking the trophy from an event organizer included the following:
"Thanks for coming out. We hope to make this an annual event and dominate all challengers."

Conrad, Pore, Trujillo and Colombano stayed behind for 15-20 minutes signing autographs. Pore then gave the jersey off his back to a fan of his who traveled here from Colorado to see him play. That was sweet, Ryan.
Results so far tonight are looking good for us. Thanks to West teams for picking up the play a little today.
Lance Watson is a star. UNM's SID raved about him throughout the match, though Lance tried to play it off.
We enjoyed the game & it was topped with Ryan's jersey. We were season ticket holders for 11 years and left KC in 2006 and moved to ABQ so we were quite excited to see the Wizards coming this way. We rallied 13 of us for the game so the Wizards have 9 new fans. We're going to head to CO in Aug to see them again - Thanks Wizards and Ryan for the Jersey!!!
