Also interesting to note is that Kansas City and Columbus finished the regular season as two teams with the fewest fouls committed. Though it is always a tough, physical game when our teams face one another, we were the two cleanest teams in MLS in terms of fouls. KC checked in with 321 fouls committed (10.7/game), while Columbus committed just 326 infractions (10.87/game).

Is the team putting something together for the game in Columbus? Or is a group going to Columbus for the second leg?

ReplyDeleteTo #1 anonymous, there is a bus trip getting thrown around. It's not been posted here but if you are familiar with BigSoccer there is a thread there in the Wizards forum. No concrete details yet just more a gauge of interest.

ReplyDeleteThere is a thread on bigsoccer.com asking for people to sign up for a 2nd leg bus trip to Columbus that would leave early Saturday, and come back Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing it will probably be a "we have the bus if we can get enough commitments. It would probably help if it was promoted here as well.
Is the team pushing for a multi-game suspension for Khano the headhunter?
Shalrie Joseph should receive a fine for his classless comments as well.
