 Open Tryouts/Monday Practice

First of all, special thanks to Mr. Greg Cotton for his stylish entry to blogland. Apparently my hair is something straight out of a 10th-grade science book. Cool.

Today's final day of open tryouts contained as much quality as expected. Several players had their final chance to impress the coaching staff and took full advantage. We will be seeing a number of this weekend's participants at various times throughout the rest of the preseason and possibly more for trials during the regular season. The coaching staff wanted to finalize their decisions tonight, but as soon as there is more information, we will let you know. Our fan blogs Downthebyline and OzCitySoccer joined us again today. Jump over to their sites for their thoughts and opinions.

The weather looks fairly warm for tomorrow, so practice will be held at the Wizards Swope Park Training Center at noon CT. See you all there?
