Scrimmage Update v Columbus
The boys played Columbus this morning, falling 4-0 in a game separated into 3 30-minute periods. Starters v starters, we lost 1-0. Here's the initial lineup. I'll check back in after lunch with some pictures and more details about the goals and the game. Warm and overcast this morning; beautiful weather.

Yikes. Columbus played us tough last year too, but we pulled out two last second wins at home against them.
ReplyDeleteThis does make me nervous. How can we lose that bad to the Crew? Please tell us there are new players coming in.
ReplyDeleteit was just starters vs starters for 30 minuntes and that was 1-0, so backups vs backups later. I am sure a starter vs starter for full 90 after a full preseason might be a better result for us.
ReplyDeleteEven beyond the results though. The players we have right now don't seem to be enough to go far. Trujillo had better be amazing if we are dong to do much
