CAB Concessions Menu/Photographic Bliss

From the Desk of Sam Pierron, customer relations guru, comes the menu for this upcoming season at CAB. This is some seriously good stuff:

Here are the food concession stands that will be at the CAB this year for Wizards games. We've worked very closely with Centerplate to create something different, and in keeping with our theme of "The World's Game, Kansas City's Team". For the first time, we get a decent chunk of food concessions, so we're intent on providing a quality food experience. If you doubt Centerplate due to experiences at Arrowhead, whatever your reasons, you should know that the crew at CAB is completely different, from the chef on down.

Baja Cantina
• Freshly grilled skirt steak, chicken & vegetarian fajitas served with rice, refried beans & peppers/onions • Baja Nachos: A Nachos Grande style nachos with melted cheese, ground beef, sour cream, olives, salsa and green onions. Vegetarian option available.
• Tamales Con Carne

The Orient Express
• Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl with green onions and toasted sesame seeds • Eggrolls • Lo Mein Noodles (Vegetarian Entree) • Also serving, Hot Dogs, Pretzels, Nachos, Popcorn, Beverages, Malts, Lemonade

The BBQ Pit
• BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich
• Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich
• Vegetarian Santa Fe Black Bean Chili

The Munich House
• Bratwurst with warm kraut and spicy German whole grain mustard • Breaded Pork Tenderloin Schnitzel • Also serving, Hot Dogs, Beverages, Malts, Lemonade, French Fries, Chicken Tenders, Burgers, Veggie Burgers, Chicken Tenders

Little Italy
• Assorted Pizzas: Margherita (Vegetarian option #1) , Pepperoni, Sausage & Cheese (Vegetarian Option #2) • Meatball Sandwich • Toasted Sausage Ravioli with marinara dipping sauce • Also serving, Hot Dogs, Pretzels, Nachos, Popcorn, Beverages, Malts, Lemonade

The British Isles
• Fish & Chips with malt vinegar and traditional English style chips • British Bangers • Traditional English Chips in a cone with malt vinegar (Vegetarian Item) • Also serving, Hot Dogs, Beverages, Malts, Lemonade, French Fries, Chicken Tenders, Burgers, Veggie Burgers

We will also have vendors selling Churros, Paletas and Gyros.
