 Schedule Announcement Set/Conrad Returns

MLS announced today that the 2008 regular-season schedule will be unveiled this Thursday. We already know our home opener, Saturday, March 29 at 7 p.m. CT vs D.C. United. We will learn our remaining 29 matches, including national TV schedules at that time. As Robb mentioned in a previous post, the schedule draft we have seen is quite favorable.

Also, Jimmy Conrad will join the Wizards in Bradenton Thursday and begin training with the team Friday. With Conrad's arrival, all members of the team will be in camp and training (barring injuries).

  3. This offseason has seemed to go quicker than most. I guess they released the schedule last year around the same time, but the first game is almost here!

  4. National TV schedule? Does that mean we're actually going to get on national TV? ;-) ("Sure! You know we play LA twice during the year!")
